Why only three formulas?
Because fewer products mean more focus, and more focus means more quality. We chose three of the most researched supplements in science and formulated them thoroughly: the best raw materials, the right chemical form and the amounts that matter.
Can I take all three together?
Yes. Each one works on a different system and they fit into a three-moment ritual: omega-3 with breakfast, creatine during the day and magnesium + B6 in the evening. Follow the dose on each label.
What does “elemental magnesium” mean?
It is the amount of magnesium your body actually receives, not the total weight of the compound. Two capsules provide 200 mg of elemental magnesium, 53% of the daily reference value. It is the figure to use when comparing.
Does the omega-3 leave a fishy aftertaste?
It is designed to be gentle on the palate. It is Cantabrian anchovy oil with vitamin E, and taking it with a meal, as the label directs, is the best way to enjoy it.
Is creatine only for athletes?
No. Creatine is the fast energy system of all your cells and one of the most studied supplements in the world. What’s more, European regulation recognises that in adults over 55 who do strength training it can enhance the effect of training on muscle strength.
Where are they made?
In the European Union. NG Advanced is a brand of Nutri Gains S.L., based in Els Hostalets de Llers (Girona, Spain) and entered in the Spanish General Health Register under numbers 26.025358/GI and 40.094174/GI.
Can I take them if I’m pregnant or on medication?

Creatine Monohydrate
What is creatine for?
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, with a daily intake of 3 g. It does this by recharging phosphocreatine, the reserve that regenerates ATP, your cells’ immediate energy.
How much creatine should I take per day?
3 g per day, which is one scoop. It is the dose at which European regulation recognises its effect on performance.
Why 3 g?
Because it is the reference dose of the health claim authorised in the European Union. Studies usually work with 3 to 5 g per day; with 3 g you get the backed dose in a single scoop.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. With 3 g every day, your creatine stores fill up progressively over a few weeks, comfortably and steadily.
When is the best time to take it?
Whenever suits you: in the morning, after training or with a meal. What really counts is taking it every day.
What does micronised 200 mesh mean?
It is the particle size: the powder passes through a mesh of 200 threads per inch, one of the finest particle sizes. It disperses instantly in water and leaves a smooth texture.
How does it mix best?
With a glass of water, juice or a shake, stirring for a few seconds. If you see a slight sediment at the end, it is creatine: there is nothing else in the tub.
Can women take it?
Yes. Creatine has been studied in adult men and women and the dose is the same: 3 g per day.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes: its only ingredient is creatine monohydrate obtained by synthesis, with no ingredients of animal origin. May contain traces of milk, soy, fish, egg and nuts.
Is it safe?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in the world, with decades of research on its safety in healthy adults at usual doses. If you have kidney disease, are pregnant or are on medical treatment, check with your doctor first.
Cantabrian Omega-3
What is omega-3 for?
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, with 250 mg per day. DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision, with 250 mg of DHA per day. Our 3 softgels provide 900 mg of EPA + DHA, 360 mg of which is DHA.
How much EPA and DHA does it contain?
540 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA per 3-softgel serving: 900 mg per day. Plus 40 mg of natural vitamin E (333% NRV).
When is the best time to take it?
With a meal. We suggest taking the 3 softgels with breakfast, as the first moment of your ritual; you can also spread them across your three main meals.
Why Cantabrian anchovy?
Because it is a small, short-lived fish from the base of the food chain, which accumulates far fewer heavy metals than large species. It is a scarce oil that we source in direct contact with the Cantabria fish market.
Why does it contain vitamin E?
For two reasons: vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and it also helps protect the oil from oxidation. The 3 softgels provide 40 mg.
Does it leave a fishy aftertaste?
It is an oil that is gentle on the palate, designed not to leave an aftertaste. Taking it with a meal, as the label directs, is the best way to enjoy it.
How long does a bottle last?
90 softgels: 30 servings of 3 softgels, a full month of omega-3 at €0.73 per day.
Can I take it with the creatine and magnesium?

Can I take it if I’m on medication?
If you take anticoagulants or any medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist first. We give you the exact composition: 540 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA per serving.
Magnesium Bisglycinate + B6
What is magnesium bisglycinate for?
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 adds its own benefits for energy, the nervous system and psychological function.
What is elemental magnesium?
It is the amount of magnesium your body actually receives, not the total weight of the compound. Our 2-capsule serving provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium, 53% of the daily reference value. It is the figure to use when comparing.
Why bisglycinate?
Because it is magnesium bound to glycine in a chelated form, one of the forms most valued for its digestive tolerance. An organic, stable form designed to be taken every day.
Why does it contain vitamin B6?
Because it works in the same processes as magnesium: energy, the nervous system and psychological function. Your serving provides 6 mg of B6, within the daily maximum of 12 mg set by EFSA for adults from diet and supplements combined.
How many capsules do I take?
2 capsules a day with a glass of water, in the evening. If you want a gentler start, the label allows you to begin with 1 capsule and move to 2.
Why in the evening?
Because it closes your daily ritual: omega-3 in the morning, creatine during the day and magnesium + B6 in the evening, as part of your wind-down routine. Three moments that are easy to keep up.
How long does a bottle last?
120 capsules: 60 servings of 2 capsules, two months of steady intake at €0.45 per serving.
Can I take it with the creatine and omega-3?
Yes, that is exactly Pack Vida. Magnesium and creatine make a natural pairing for your cellular energy, and omega-3 completes the foundation for heart and brain.
Can I take it if I’m on medication?
With some medicines, such as certain antibiotics, levothyroxine or bisphosphonates, it is best to take magnesium a few hours apart. Your doctor or pharmacist will tell you the ideal timing.
