What data we process

• When you write to us: your name, your email and the content of your message.
• When you buy from the online shop: identification and contact details, shipping and billing addresses and order details.
• When you browse: technical data recorded by the server for security, such as your IP address and browser type.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

• Answering your enquiries: with your consent, when you write to us.
• Managing your orders, shipping, invoicing and after-sales service: to perform the purchase contract and meet our legal obligations.
• Keeping the site secure: based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Virtual assistant

Vita, the NG Advanced virtual assistant, runs entirely in your browser: your messages are processed on your own device and are not sent to our servers or to third parties. The conversation is stored only in your browser’s session storage and is deleted when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from your enquiries for as long as needed to reply to you. Order data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for the periods required by commercial and tax law.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to deliver the service, who act as data processors with GDPR safeguards: web hosting, logistics and courier services, payment gateway and tax and accounting advisers. Should any provider be located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would be made with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your card details are handled directly by the payment gateway.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@ngadvanced.com with the subject “Data protection”. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not collect data from children under 14.

Security and changes

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site. We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes; the date of the last update appears at the top.
